1 Packet Quaker Apples n Cinnamon OR Cinnamon Spice instant oatmeal

1 individual Mott’s Natural, No sugar added Applesauce

Handful of crumbled granola or nuts (optional)

Mix oatmeal and applesauce together in a mug and microwave for 30-45 seconds!

Sprinkle nuts on top if desired.
